Hilborn 8 Stack Manifolds – Cooling System

Cooling system is connected by using two of the 4 available #8 ports on the manifold as a filler- look at www.alkydigger.com for a couple of different filler devices. If you have a normal radiator with a cap, you can shove the coolant through these two front fittings, and T them back into the upper radiator neck. The #8 fittings slow down the flow, so you shouldn’t need a thermostat.
Methanol – you won’t need to circulate water at all.
E-85 will run cooler than gas by approx 15 degrees.
