Methanol Fuel Cleaning Between Races & Storage

Easy Way to Clean out Fuel System Between Races   - Methanol-  E-85   E-98    Nitro  

After the race --- just shoot a good quality thin oil in the barrel valve  inlet  then blow air in behind the   oil and work the barrel valve ..

That is good for a week or two .

 

Longer than that _     Drain the methanol -  put in a gallon of GAS  -put in a BIGGER pill maybe a 130   and fire it up on gas - let it idle for  20 seconds  and you can sit it up for months   -  

Runs crummy on gas , but will run at a high idle  especially if you dribble gas into the butterflies while it is running......   

We make a -12 and -16 tank drain that helps ease the pain a bit .
