ATM’s E85 XRB Series are our most versatile "race" carburetors with a 4150-style flange and "no vacuum ports". They are the perfect blend of a precision die cast aluminum ATM™ carb body with ATM 2-circuit, 4-emulsion billet metering blocks. Fuel is managed by ATM™ all aluminum dual inlet, dual sight-window fuel bowls and the billet aluminum throttle-bodies have vacuum tubes for vacuum advance and PVC hookups. They are available in 5 sizes from 650cfm to 1050cfm (4150 flange) applications.
E85 XRBs come with a dichromate gold corrosion-resistant finish and black anodized billet metering blocks and throttle bodies.
ATM Innovation’s E85 XRB "race" carburetor is a step up from its XRSB series. While it shares many of the same features with the XRC, the XRB is intended for racers that frequently take apart their carburetors for precise tuning changes – the billet metering blocks and billet throttle bodies add another level of durability over die cast components. They also offer more race details like “slabbed” throttle shafts that promote smoother flow and less turbulence.
ATM’s XRB carbs use the ATM™ die cast aluminum carb body that has a fully contoured high-flow air horn and externally changeable idle- and high-speed air bleeds. When combined with ATM’s 2-circuit, 4-emulsion billet metering blocks with 4-corner idle adjustment, the XRSB becomes one of the most “tuneable” race carbs on the market. These billet metering blocks also have changeable idle fuel and power valve channel restrictions.
Dynamic fuel handling is important in hard-cornering racecars and ATM’s™ all aluminum dual inlet, dual sight-window fuel bowls were designed exactly for this purpose. They are fitted with 7/8”-20 inverted flare fittings for leak-resistant connections.
