      Drill TWO  Holes &  Install  - use Silicone to Seal the base plate to the manifold    use lock nuts  

        for a boost gauge port use the hole in the pop off outer plate  

      Fits Holley Hi Rams for LS   engines    NOT FORDS 

      Bolts on - no welding needed
