      This shaft is made from steel for a 3.0" pump extension, it has a 3/8" drive hex.   5/8" where goes into Gear Drive 

      RCD fuel pump drive shafts are machined from Turned Ground & Polished steel or titanium and gun drilled through the center. The driven end has a male 5/8" hex and the drive end has a female hex broached on center, available in 3/8", 7/16" or 1/2". Heavy duty shafts are available without gun drilling.
